Cancellation Policy

**Booking Policy** 1. **Booking & Payment**: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Payments can be made via bank transfer, crypto, or cash. 2. **Location**: Sessions are held at a mutually agreed-upon location within a 4-mile radius of Canada Water, London. Travel beyond this radius incurs a fee of £2 per additional mile to cover time and fuel costs. 3. **Travel Time**: For locations requiring over 1 hour of travel each way, an additional fee of £50/hour will apply to account for extended travel time. 4. **Extra Equipment**: Standard equipment (camera, lenses, basic lighting) is included. Specialty equipment (e.g., drones, advanced lighting setups, or backdrops) can be requested for an additional fee depending on the equipment needed. Please specify requirements at booking. 5. **Session Duration**: Sessions typically last 1–2 hours. Extended sessions are available at £50/hour, subject to availability. 6. **Cancellations & Rescheduling**: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the session will receive a refund of any payments minus the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. No-shows forfeit the deposit. 7. **Weather**: For outdoor sessions, rescheduling due to inclement weather is permitted at no extra cost, provided notice is given at least 24 hours prior. 8. **Deliverables**: Edited digital images will be delivered via an online gallery, Dropbox or agreed upon method within 5 business days.
